If you want to place an order  but decide  not to make  payment on-line  via our secure server,  you can make payment via telephone or post.  Please bear in mind your order  will not be dispatched  until receipt of payment (see our terms and conditions).

Our offices are usually open between 0900-1700hrs GMT.

We will always try and  provide  an immediate and personal  response  to your enquiry,  however  there may be  occasions  when  this will not be  practical.  It is our aim to answer all  queries during working hours within  one hour.  Should your enquiry arrive outside office hours,  we will endeavour  to respond  within 12 hours with a guarantee all customers will have a response to their enquiry within 24 hours.
