Items are sent First Class (or Signed For if selected) via Royal Mail.
UK Delivery: Although most (UK) items will arrive within a few days of despatch, please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Overseas: We are experiencing longer than normal delays with our overseas post, of which sadly we have no control. Please leave a minimum of 16 working days for time sensitive items i.e. birthdays, christmas, etc
Sadly we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, delayed or damaged during transit by the courier however, we will give every assistance making any claim for financial reimbursement.
