1. Recipients full name: If ordering multiple boxes, going to more than one address, provide the name & address of each recipient in the personalisation box. We will confirm everything with you PRIOR to despatch)

2. Gift message: You can use our wording for your gift card (see pics then let us know if you would like 'wording 1, or wording 2', remembering to include your name, or whomever the gift is from i.e. 'Wording 2 - With Love From Auntie Gez xxx'. Alternatively you can write your own message, which we will print on the gift card.

3. PLEASE NOTE: This item will be sent 48 hr tracked via Royal Mail. Your email address will be provided to RM unless you provide an alternative (recipients email) in the personalisation box provided.

Where possible, we will provide all items as shown in the attached pictures. Some of the items come in a variety of colours, styles, designs, with each item being selected at random. All items are of course subject to supplier availability and in the event a specific item is no longer available, a replacement item, of equal value, will be used.

You are responsible for ensuring the recipient does not suffer with any food / product allergies and supervision should be given AT ALL TIMES where young children are concerned.

This is IS NOT suitable for children under the age of 4 years.
Despatch: We aim to despatch within 3 working days. If you need your items for a specific date, please advise us at the time of placing your order.

Delivery: Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Although most items will arrive within two (working) days of despatch, in light of recent strike action, please allow additional time for delivery. (Sadly we cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes which are beyond our control.) If you would prefer to pay for Guaranteed Next Day delivery. Please contact us at the time of placing your order.

Overseas: This item IS NOT available for overseas delivery

Sadly we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, delayed or damaged during transit by the courier however, we will give every assistance making any claim for financial reimbursement.
