To protect the ribbon and wax seal, letters are placed in a second envelope which will bear the Fairyshire postmark and will be personally addressed to the recipient. Rest assured we DO NOT put receipts or literature in products sent direct to children.

Our Fairy Dust is made of glitter and should not be inhaled or consumed. Parental supervision of young children should be given at all times.

Unless shown to be faulty, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on personalised goods. All other goods returns are accepted at customer’s expense. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in an unused, unopened and resaleable condition.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit by the courier however, we will give every assistance in making a claim for financial recompense.
