Unless shown to be faulty, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on personalised goods. All other goods returned are accepted at customer’s expense. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in an unused, unopened and resaleable condition.

Items are sent First Class (or ‘Signed For’ if selected) via Royal Mail.
Although most (UK) items will arrive within a few days of despatch, please allow 7 working days for delivery. (10 working days for overseas orders.)
