PLACING YOUR ORDER
This set will be sent direct to you (the customer) for you to distribute individual items on a day and time suitable to you however, please ensure you INCLUDE the (child) recipients FULL NAME & ADDRESS in the personalisation box, so they can be printed on the envelopes. (The Santa letter & certificate will come in their own personally addressed envelopes, so you can drop them on the doormat with the days post on any day you choose )
*The Fairy Dust & Door Hanger will be placed INSIDE the Santa letter (unless advised otherwise), as they come with instructions from Santa
*Elf Hello & Goodbye Letters. You have a choice of 3 Hello letters & 2 Goodbye Letters (click on pictures for wording. Letter numbers are on top left hand corner). Please choose your letters from the drop down boxes provided.

Our Santa letters are fully personalised. The more information we have, the better the letters, so please include as much of the following information as you can in the personalisation box provided.
1. Recipients FULL name (including surname)
2. Recipients FULL address (including postcode)
3. Age (please advise if birthday before Christmas)
4. Siblings first names
5. Pets names (and type of animal)
6. Teachers name
7. First names of (upto) 3 friends
8. Any recent achievements (school or personal)
9. Two Christmas gifts likely to be received
Please note: The recipient name given in point 1. will be used for the NIce Certificate & Door Hanger.
Multiple Orders: If ordering more than one gift pack, please ensure you 'add to basket' each pack individually to enable us to capture the personal information and your choice of Elf Letters.

FREE UK SHIPPING: Items will be sent First Class via Royal Mail.
UK Delivery: Although most (UK) items will arrive within a few days of despatch at busy times, please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. (Sadly we cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes which are beyond our control.)
Overseas: Please leave a minimum of 16 working days for time sensitive items i.e. birthdays, christmas, etc
Sadly we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, delayed or damaged during transit by the courier however, we will give every assistance making any claim for financial reimbursement.

Unless shown to be faulty, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on personalised goods. All other goods returns are accepted at customer’s expense. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in an unused, unopened and resaleable condition.
