PLACING YOUR ORDER
1. Multiple Orders: Please add each letter order to the basket/shopping cart individually. This is for the purposes of having sufficient room in the personalisation box (see below) for all the information needed for your letter. See important shipping information below.
2. Personalised Information
Our letters are highly personalised. The more information we have the better the letter will be, so please provide as much of the below information as possible in the personalisation box provided:-
1. Your child’s full name & address, inc postcode (for envelopes)
2. Age (notify us if they have a birthday before Christmas)
3. Siblings first names
4. Names & types of pets
5. First names of 3 friends
6. Teachers Name
7. Detail any recent achievements (i.e. learned to read, ride a bike, merit at school etc)
8. Name one or two Christmas presents likely to be received that can be mentioned
3. Shipping: Choose when and who your letters are sent to from the drop down box.
1. Direct to the recipient in the first 2 weeks of December.
2. Direct to you (the customer) as soon as they are written.
Shipping Multiple orders: If ordering multiple orders of which all are to be sent direct to the children (recipients) you will be charged individual shipping for each letter HOWEVER If ordering more than 3 letters, all to be sent to you (the customer), please contact me PRIOR to placing your order and I will issue you with a Shipping DISCOUNT CODE.

Charms: We have a variety of charms, which are chosen at random
Fairy Dust: Our Fairy Dust is made from glitter and must not be consumed. Parental supervision is advised at all times where young children are concerned.
To protect the ribbon & wax seal each Santa letter is placed into a second envelope, bearing a North pole postmark and personally addressed to each child. (Rest assured, we do not put receipts or promotional literiture in our letters.)
Unless requested otherwise Santa letters are posted within the first 2 weeks of December.
